RULES & REGULATIONS

 

  1. Participants must wear the assigned bib number on his/her chest as an entrance pass. Participant will be disqualified for not wearing bib numbers.

  2. There will be 1 drink station on the route for the fun run.

  3. The organizer reservers the right to cancel, postpone or change the venue, date and time for the event. There will be no fee refund if the event is cancelled due to force majeure of circumstances beyond the control of organizer.

  4. All participants are responsible for their own safety during the event. The organier shall not be liable for any death, damages whatsoever, resulting from injury, whether fatal or otherwise, of any participant or for damages to loss of such person's property.

  5. The organizer will not be responsible for any loss and/or damage to the belonging deposited at the baggage tent.

  6. Organizer's decision is final in the event of any dispute.

  7. The organizer reserves the right to modify or substitute any of these rules and regulations of the event from time to time as they deem fit. If there is ambiguity in any of the provisions, the organizer shall be the authority to interpret. Any update on the rules and regulations of the event will be notified on the official website, charityrun.acku.org.my and it is the responsibility of the affected participant to keep abreast with any changes.
