Register ACKUcharityrun with MINIMUM 10pax and above, you are entitled to a 10% rebate of total registration fees.
Example: 10km with group registration
Scenario 1: <15th Sep, Fee = Early Bird Price x 10% off = RM70 x 10% off = RM63.00
Scenario 2: >15th Sep, Fee = Early Bird Price x 10% off = RM75 x 10% off = RM67.50
*The Organizer has reserved the right to decide and communicate to all ACKU Charity Run 2022 participants on the following matters, in due of the nation's movement control and pandemic's situation:
(1) Race postponed to a later new date, or
(2) Refund option, or
(3) Auto race entry slot transfer to the new race date, which is decided and set by the organizer.
SoServ Welfare Malaysia, social welfare for the disabled in Malaysia, is a sustainable charity organization. They will not only help and deeply understand the forgotten groups in the marginal corners of the community, and go deep into the lives of the marginalized groups, but also help the helpless. Assistance to people with disabilities or poor families.
RULES & REGULATIONS
Registration for the race is only confirmed upon payment made.
Participants must wear the assigned bib number visibly on his/her chest at all times and as an entrance pass. Any violation will result in disqualification.
There will be TWO drink stations on the route for 10km and ONE drink station on the route for the 5km run.
The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, postpone or change the venue, date and time for the Event.
The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Event race routes as the Organiser deems fit for the safety of the Participants and/or to prevent any potential hazards in the running of the Event, at any time without prior notice to the Participants.
There will strictly be no fee refunds if the Event is cancelled due to force majeure of circumstances beyond the control of the Organiser.
All Participants are responsible for their own safety during the event. The organiser shall not be liable or held responsible for any injury, death however arising from training for, during, or after participation in the Event. Participants are strongly encouraged to go for a medical examination and/or consult their medical practitioner prior to registration and before the actual Event day.
The organiser will not be responsible for any loss and/or damage to the belongings and items deposited at the Event baggage storage tent provided for the runners. The Organiser also reserves the right to check any item or baggage deposited.
The organiser reserves the right to modify or substitute any of these rules and regulations of the event from time to time as they deem fit. If there is ambiguity in any of the provisions, the organiser shall be the authority to interpret. Any updates on the Rules and Regulations of the Event will be notified on the official website: acku.org.my/ackurun2022 and it is the responsibility of the affected Participant to keep abreast with any changes.
Completion of the official entry form, confirm the Participant's agreed to abide by all the relevant Rules and Regulations of the Organiser, Sponsors and the ACKU Charity Run.
Organiser's decision is final in the event of any dispute.
